AWAKENED BY PATCH 4.0.1 AND THE PROMISE OF ENDLESS BACON
So as you can tell by the blog posts you haven’t been receiving in your soon-to-be extinct Bloglines reader, I’ve been hibernating these past two months. The RMT fasting was triggered by the long stretches of doing nothing pre-Patch 4.0.1 because I’ve beaten everything up to the Ruby Sanctum.
But now that I have to relearn my pew-pew hunter due to the revamped talents trees AND begin planning my Cataclysm leveling to 85, I’ve busted out the credit cards for a bit of Gold buying! Cretinous Chinese spammers and scammers who still send me threatening e-mails even though they can’t afford the plain ticket to actually stake out my house BEWARE!
And I forgot to mention, there’s this new WoW Gold Pig contest that I just have to win. Normally they just hand out bonus Gold, but now WGP is giving away a whole year’s worth of real bacon !
Not highly imaginative–but a whole lot of generous, even I had to admit. Remus and Cletus told me the link on Vent and the three of us made this binding pact to share the bacon when one of us three wins.
I wouldn’t believe this "endless bacon" contest, but they’re the only guys out there crazy enough to pull this off without seeming like a big fat liar. Seen some photos of what goes down in the "Pig HQ" of theirs thanks to an insider scoop (I tend to get those A LOT), and man it’s a bucket of lard away from being an FDA warning poster. GO CRAZY WITH THE MEATS AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.
Those guys should know their bacon with all the eating going on there, and I’d like to have some–if only to wipe away the bitter taste I always get when reading these sleazy “double offer” e-mails:
