		<description>Well, if you're going through the trouble of buying a pre-owned account, I'm assuming many of the buyers will be transferring servers and changing the characters name.  That only leaves the problem of the original owner taking back their account through the Blizzard support, which is something that the buyer will have to trust the seller never to do.
