Happened to me once, where I tried to sign on my WoW account but I need to 'authenticate' with 6 digit-code. So I went around site to site to find out what was going on while I logged on my roomie's account to ask my guildies what the hell had been going on. Found out that I got hacked, as soon as I saw my own character that was unaccessible to me as online. These a-holes keylogged my laptop. (They even had guts to reply back to me when I pm them with my bud's toon! >:( Grrrrr.. ) But I am pretty sure who's behind the hacking... TPMT! The reason is: Their greed overwhelms their service, and they treats all customer as some scamable suckers with all their lies. Therefore, when some kid at her/your realm bought like 10k gold from them, they thought instead of even farming some gold, they decided to hack one of people who used to buy from them, because in that way, they can make easy gold, and Rachel is one of those unfortunate soul who got chosen.
