Impeccable customer service that can deal with (my) idiotic questions. Considerate delivery people (Inside an instance? We won’t bother you then!) . No spam. Delivery could have been faster but still fell within the ETA — enough to squeeze past the long-time bronze medalist.
Yeah, in other words, Epic Toon (or ET), you get the bronze.
(cue applause)
I just have one comment:
You mailed the gold to me because you didn’t want to disturb my dungeon run. That’s really considerate of you. But I had such a HUGE order that dumping all of it in the mail was kinda risky — the gold could have been deleted. I can’t speak for all customers out there - maybe some of them wouldn’t have minded leaving the instance to pick up their order face-to-face, others might get pissed if they get a whisper in the middle of downing the boss - but maybe you could take the risk of whispering first to ask how soon they can meet your courier? And if they really can’t abandon their party, then well, ask the customer when he’ll be available next. You don’t have to resort to mailing it right away (unless of course the customer said, just mail it to me).
Yeah I know it’s kinda hard contacting the customer not really knowing if it’s a good time or not to send a tell his way…
But I guess gold buyers themselves should expect — and NOT get pissed when they receive — a whisper any time in the game, regardless of the situation they are in. You order gold, getting a whisper comes with the turf. So sometimes the whisper comes at a bad time, like when you’re handling many whelps or something. Don’t freak out. Delivery guy’s just doing his job.

Cool! I ordered from them, too, the other day. It was late so I just made an order because I was really sleepy. When I logged in the following morning, someone whispered me so I met up with him and the toon handed me the gold. Epictoon is impressive. They really deserve a medal. Kudos to them!
