I Googled the words ‘wow gold’ and clicked mygamesale.com because it was the first thing I saw in the results. I bought 5000g so I could finally pay for Artisan Riding training and buy enchanting mats.

Im on the Blood Furnace server alliance. They said they had 28,098 gold available on my server. I told  Orchid the live help agent that I wanted it within the day if that was possible. She said yes and in fact they could deliver in 30 mins. I told her that if they couldn’t give it to me in 24 hours I’ll cancel my order. She said no worries you will get your gold, just go online after you pay.

After paying for the 5000g my husband asked me to buy 3000g for his character on Ghostlands Horde. I asked live help — Orchid again — if they had 3000g to deliver within half an hour. She gave me the same answer no worries you will get your gold, just go online after you pay bla bla.

We logged and waited for our gold. After 20 minutes Hubby got a tell to meet them in Ratchet. But they gave him only 1k. They told him to wait for another character to give him the 2000. He told them, hey my wife is waiting for her order on Blood Furnace. They said they’re not in charge of my order. Hubby stayed in Ratchet waiting for the next tell.

Suddenly I got a tell from someone who said, "5000g?"  I said yes. "SW bank". So I went there and guess what? I got only 800g. Where’s the rest I said? Just like what they told my hubby, another character was coming any minute to complete the order.

30 mins later, hubby got 300g. He said, I can’t stay in ratchet too long Wintergrasp is about to start. They said come back later.

I got another 300g after waiting in the SW bank for half an hour. I was starting to lose my patience. I visited live chat and got Orchid again. I asked her I thought you had over 28k gold available and she said "the number is not updated". I was like what?? Not updated or are you intentionally misleading your customers? She could only apologize and say "stay in game, someone is coming".

I was starting to get suspicious and while waiting I looked up their company on Google and that’s when I saw what you wrote about them. I suddenly regretted buying from them but I also hoped that maybe I could get all my gold soon.

Another character approached me to say he had 500g for me. I lost it there and said WHY CAN’T YOU GIVE ME THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WHY AM I GETTING IT IN PIECES??? THIS IS SO ANNOYING AND INCONVENIENT!!! He logged without replying and I visited Live help again — orchid again! She said please don’t worry we will give you the gold and I said WHEN?? EVERY THIRTY MINUTES? I can’t stay in SW forever! She said please wait some more.

I phoned a friend to tell her about Mygamesale and she checked them herself. She got on live chat and this is their conversation. Just look at how they lie!

Melody: we are busy collecting now , and if you place an order now , and after we get your payment , we will fill your order as soon as possible and you can get it in 1-4 hours , is that okay ^^

Gwen:  Busy collecting now??

Melody:  ^_^    =D

Melody:  Yeah  =D

Gwen:  So that means you don’t really have 28098 gold on Blood Furnace.

Melody:  As our stock changing in every minute with every collecting and delivering, so it’s hard to update, sorry for that

Gwen:  You don’t automatically update that? Is that intentional so you can mislead customers?

Gwen:  you guys are lying then

Melody:   =(

Melody:  So sorry   >_<

Melody: just cause so many orders every secs

Gwen:  You really should update the numbers whenever a chunk of your supply gets delivered to a customer.

Melody:  ok  we wil

Gwen:  My friend is getting her order in pieces why can’t you deliver all in one go?

Melody:  we are busy collecting now

Gwen:  Why did you tell her you had the gold?

Melody:  As our stock changing in every minute with every collecting and delivering, so it’s hard to update, sorry for that
