He is indeed correct to point out that Reuters should have a balanced journalism. They could have warn people or the players about those scammers and spammers. They are the ones who give RMTs a bad name. They should not generalize all RMTs as they differ in each and every way. RMTs are by the players, for the players. They understand how life in the MMORPG world is and they want to extend their help by having these RMTs. Reuters should not be biased. Period. Kudos to Mr. Coker.
