WOTLKGOLD.NET THE EPILOGUE: 50 HOURS LATER (4/4)
Would I recommend WotLKGold.net?
Sure, if you’re a masochist with plenty of time to kill and no urgent purchase to make in-game.
Why the hell not?
They finally coughed up the gold at the 50th-hour mark. I asked Cletus to accept the trade on my behalf. (Yeah, you read that right. I trust my best friend enough to give him my account name and password. Though I’m not sure if he used my toon - again - to hit on a pretty Belf or two.)
He said he got a whisper to meet the delivery toon in Ratchet (yes, the deathless meeting place). My own toon was parked in Warsong Hold so it was a quick zep to Org then a flight to Ratchet.
It would all have been painless if their Live Help had been honest in the beginning: ‘No, sorry, we currently don’t have enough gold to meet your demand." That would have earned brownie points in my books. 50 hours would have been forgivable if I’d been given the heads up about the wait time. But as usual, they reeled me (and my money) in by saying I could get it within 12 hours.
Excuse me while I peel off the SUCKER! sticker band from my forehead.
