WOTLKGOLD.NET: WTS 1 LINEN CLOTH FOR 2100 GOLD Plus Are They Nuts? (3/4)
Okay, so this is what happened after I ordered gold from WotLKGold.net that guarantees all its customers "instant and secure trades".
Instant and secure trades. Yeah right. In their opium-fueled dreams, perhaps.
Mary the rep said to give them 12 hours, right? I was even willing to give them 24 hours. I placed the order and waited for some sort of confirmation and verification in the email or by phone. But after a few hours, I heard nothing from them and began to wonder. I emailed them my order ID plus asked if they needed to call me for anything.
No reply.
When the waiting time hit the 12th-hour mark, I decided to contact Live Help. I got Mary again..who advised me to "plz wait" and put up something for sale in the AH. Here are snippets of our lovely chat:
2100 gold for a gray item. People are going to see my toon name and get all suspicious. This tactic is about as subtle as a train wreck.
"Too many order waiting now" . - Read: We don’t have your friggin’ gold, truth be told.
I terminated the chat and stewed in my seat. She wants a few hours eh? Hell, I’ll give her a few hours.
So I sent a tell to a guy looking for a group for Naxx, a run that should cover those "few hours". And off to Naxx we went.
Kill, kill, kill.
Wipe.
Whaddaya except from PUGs, anyway?
Back to WotLKGold.net. Few hours have passed and still no whisper from their delivery toon.
This time I get Rose.
"sorry, we havent it now" . OMG, you have a lot of nerve to claim on your website that customers will receive their gold within 15 mins only to stall for more time AFTER you’ve taken their money. Damn you!
Makes you want to tear your own hair out, I know.
I thought I had made it very clear that I didn’t want the AH method but the WotLKGold.net chicks just aren’t getting it.
"We will give it to you today or tomorrow" - If I had a stun gun and I could yank her out of the other side of the computer…
"Sorry for that, but we have no choice." - No, babe, your company had a choice and it chose to deceive a customer like me.
I’m sorry but this review isn’t going very well.

Yeah, you are right. IT IS RETARDED!
First, they promised a delivery of 15 mins. DID NOT HAPPEN!
Second, what’s the difference if they hand the gold to you face to face when they already have the gold to buy your item out in AH? I mean, common sense. You have the gold to buy an item out from the AH, why not just hand it to you?
Third, do they know that there are some sort of “tax” deducted from the amount to any item bought from the AH? You’ll also lose a certain “cut” when you put the item up. So, the sum it up, you’ll get a lesser amount if you use the AH.
Sheesh. *me wants to kick some arse*
