It turns out that MOGS actually has an office, and they’re based in the same city in which I work. This gives me a sense of security, and them some extra points. Before anyone points out that I have no way of knowing that for sure, the rep I spoke to in live chat gave me some details on their location that wouldn’t be easily and quickly available from the ‘net, and when I told him where my office is he knew the location immediately.

I first used MOGS to purchase a WoW toon. The order went through very quickly. If it wasn’t for it being maintenance Tuesday, I would have had my new toon within 20 - 30 minutes. Since the game was offline, it took a little longer, but that’s hardly their fault. The delivery was completed within 30 minutes after the realms were back up. A few days later (today), I placed an order for 5000 gold on a US WoW server. Delivery was completed in -45- minutes! I shit you not. I highly recommend MOGS for any WoW service. Even though I’ve only used their account and gold services, their commitment to quality is immediately evident, and I’ll be returning there should I need any of the options they offer.
