Gives the impression there was a transaction. Lets just say 'I paid for', but I never recieved. My chat help experience with 'Eva' was very similar to the responses 'Amy' gave. I purchased on 'express' order (pfffffft) after being assured they had stock on my server. Average delivery time shown as 4 - 24 mins. About 1 hour later I recieved the phone call. Painfull. guy/girl on the other end could hardly speak english, line was abysmal, finally confirmed toon name and server. waited by the mailbox. ...waited some more. ...after another hour I initiated chat again, only to be told "sorry, very unusual, we have no stock, our logistics will get function soon (get function soon?!?), you will get call when available". When I prompted as to how long this would take, ie, 1 hour, a day? some estimate? "We try as soon as possible" & "thank you for wait", "you will get call'. 3 days later I voided the transaction through my credit card company and initiated a complaint through PayPal. From my experience it seemed like they don't actually sell gold at all, they must thrive on first timer business. Avoid VCPIT at all costs, unless you're a sucker for punishment and reacharounds.
