VERYGE.COM: AN ABANDONED FACE TO FACE TRADE Plus Live Help Dies Again (3/5)
This is not my night.
It started when I got a hold of someone from Live Help (Hallelujah!) to follow up on my order. Some chick bot named Vivian took the chat and told me four times to "plz wait one sec" ’cause she "will check it" for me. Whatever. She was about as natural and helpful as a wind-up toy monkey with the ear-grating cymbals.
See what I mean?
Isn’t that precious? She called me "dear". No one calls me dear, not even the hookers I walk past on the street.
Now here is where it gets awry.
I met their toon in the game….and he logged out!!!
AAAAGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And then, kiddies, the sour cherry on the burnt cake……
VIVIAN TERMINATED THE CHAT. AND NOT ONLY THAT……
I GOT KICKED OUT OF THE REALM!!! And when I tried to go back, I got the worst possible message known to every WoW player (and WoW gold buyer dying to get back in to complete a face-to-face trade!):

Sweet Jesus.
I clicked on Live Help again to tell them to wait for me, BUT…
BUT…
BUT!!!!!!!!!!
INSTEAD OF THAT BOT CHICK VIVIAN, I GOT THIS:
@#$%!!!!!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!
I.
AM.
NOT.
HAPPY!!!!!
Not their fault I got booted out of the server. But it’s their fault that their toon disappeared before handing me any gold! It’s their dang fault their Live help is suddenly not available!
I smell a scam, kiddies. I smell a scam.

Dear sir,
We are so sorry that we didn’t realize there was some error on our livechat and fix it in time .We coundn’t see clients information on the livechat for several hours which caused big problem for them .We would like to compensate for the trouble, hope the writer could contact us as soon as he saw the notice, thx

There are good and bad people in all walks of life. The solution is to support RMT companies that operate with strong ethics and honest business practices, those that offer fair pricing, provide real guarantees, practice high levels of customer services, and have good channels for complaints..just like http://www.ittgamer.com

Ittgamer.com is scam too… their website doesn’t even have “McAffee Secure” or “PayPal” banners.

I must say EGF. Its a SCAM!! And oh, did you notice the first comment? Its from the scammers they would like to offer you something.. VERYGE.com is thinking that it will clear their name on the issue by giving you a compensation, the hell NO!!!.

ITTgamer is a gamer to gamer platform…you are dealing with players Online who post their items not like those of IGE that’s why the items are cheaper…

I am reporting this website as a scam. Nearly two weeks ago I put in an order and did not receive it. I consistently try their live chat, but get a message saying that the department is unavailable. I also sent emails trying to contact an employee of the website but no response. It might not stop these hacks from stealing our money, but at least Pay Pal will refund me.
Don’t go to this site, they rip you off!!!
