MMOGA.COM: NO PHONE CALL, NO GOLD Plus Where Is Everyone? (3/4)
It’s been 24 hours since my sister threatened to turn me into a eunuch and paid for my 1000 gold order at MMOGA.com. This is retarded. I haven’t received a single phone call. I checked my voice mail. I checked my email. Nothing, nada, zip.
And MMOGA’s live chat is STILL OFFLINE!!!
Boo! What is the point of offering live chat if they’re not available when customers need them?
Always there for us, eh?

I filled out an online inquiry and submitted my order number and email address. Now if I don’t hear from MMOGA within 12 hours I will as sure as hell let fly at something!

Hey, EGF, I checked their live chat, and it worked. Maybe they were online when I checked. But even so, they claimed 24/7, right?

MMOGA = Scammers !!! They will steal your money
real nightmare they even not have support, i have bought GTC for wow using clickandbuy option but their site destroyed my session and i even don’t have order number but transaction was done and i have and invoice from clickandbuy, “Live” support forward me to send mail to info@mmoga.de with invoice and all info and they tell me that cant do anything and forward me to service@mmoga.de. i have send mail there to but 5 days i’m still waiting answer. MMOGA are scammers they will steal your money dont buy anything from them.

Well I’m a first time gold buyer and after doing some research on reliability and security I wen’t with MMOGA, easy as 1-2-3 for me first I went to the live chat and after 5mins of waiting I was talking to TOM MOGGS, (there’s a queue for live chat I have used live chat few times on different days and someone always answers maybe im lucky hehe or they have good service as I’m lead to believe) ,after talking to TOM I placed my order for 3k typical checkout, they use pay-pal and voice confirmation which I like. after an hour of waiting I got impatient and paid the live chat a visit few mins later I talked to a different representative and told me my order was ready and just needed voice confirmation , so got the call they asked me to repeat billing info address etc…then he said “Ok man log on and we’ll have your gold ready” sure enouhg logged on joined a lvl1gnomes group went to SW bank then he opened trade gave me my gold and dissapeeared. I’m going to place another order today lets see how it goes I already talked to TOM again and he checked to see if the amount was available in the server …wish me luck.

paid them for 6 eve, send my documents, but they don’t want to send my cards. I belive this shop will be close

Don’t buy at MMOGA, they are scammers.
Buyed gold that should be delivered withing 1 - 24 hours. Made a bank transaktion, that was confirmed by them. After a few days I contacted life support, and they told me, they have to farm the gold first, so i waited a bit more. After a week, I contacted them again and got the same answer (yet on their site the gold is still advertized to be delivered within 1 - 24 hours…an outright lie). They assured me, that the gold would be delivered withing 3 days, even though it wasn’t such a large sum, they could have farmed it easily within that time. After 4 days i contacted them again and demanded my money back. They refused to do this, and I guess I’ll never get my gold. This company is criminal.
