I came here to look up another site that was offering much cheaper prices but went against it also because of comments I read here. I play on a very busy server. I tried IGE first and thumbs up that they said up front there was no stock available - they didn't give me an option to put in an order without stock though. I tried this site next and spoke to a CSR who was a bit slow to respond but otherwise answered me in perfect English. He said there was no stock but if I ordered they would get some to me as soon as possible (no guarantee of when). This was the most expensive site I looked at. I put in an order for 20k (+ 2k extra from using a coupon code on their front page). I said it was ok to mail me and expected it to take a week or so. I went to bed and woke up and it had all been delivered in a couple of subtle mails (sent in odd amounts with items attached). I am really pleased with this service. Sorry to read some people are having issues but I can't recommend these guys high enough. I think it's worth paying extra for peace of mind but the prices on other sites are tempting. I wanted 30k but couldn't afford it, however 22k in my pocket is better than being scammed - or risking getting banned, which I'm still worried about.
