exactly my point , no email from blizz means gold wasn't deleted...therefore it really wasn't delivered. it seems to me like a tactic to stall the customer saying "hey we met our promised deadline but it was deleted". I would be happier if they said hey we got problems getting it . Because i too trust IGE and know they wiil always deliver....eventually

Blizzard deletes gold after it tags a normal mail or package as "suspicious" (meaning that's too much gold for that level character or it was bought from an RMT site). It's strange that you never received mail from Blizz saying why they did it. I trust IGE; at least even after claiming that the gold was taken by the publisher they don't think twice about redelivering the gold to you. You have to give them credit for going all out for their customers.

Indeed, I'm a small business owner, therefore I have little time to play the game I love. I'm also an extremely crap player and I have virtually no patience. If i couldn't buy gold so i can keep at least mildly competitive, then i would bore very quickly with wow...... and blizzard would lose my monthly subscription. Multiply that by the thousands of others in my situation or with my certain character flaws and Blizz loses a tidy sum.........
But i must say being a business owner, I do make a lot of Gold on the AH as i really enjoy that part of the game. But, as in real life, one must "borrow" funds from time to time when capital is short or cash flow is restricted.
I'm still yet to find a site that actually delivers what they promise though, Ive always got my gold from IGE but not without hounding them. They like to say "we delivered it but it must have been taken from a gm" but i have info that when this happens Blizzard actually sends mail stating that suspicious mail has been deleted.
Which of course Ive never Had. could any one confirm this as truth????
