Guy4Game, must a paying customer go through this much agony to follow up on an order?
This is showing me that I’m not important to you.
I can forgive delays but I can’t forgive your insensitive and dismissive approach to customers.
I can easily click on that Live Help button on your website but why should I?
I can easily send you another email but why should I?
I’ve done my part by following up. Now the onus is on you to contact me, authenticate the order and let me know when I can expect to receive my gold.
I’m starting to think I’m cursed.
When was the last time anyone really delivered anything?
Seems like a long time ago when a site named MySuperSales sent me my gold within 24 hours as promised and shut my potty mouth.
Not as fast as I wanted it to be but at least I got what I paid for. And they knew how to set expectations.
And I didn’t have to follow up on my order incessantly!
Time to ask for my money back. Guy4Game, go back to Customer Service 101. Better yet, why don’t you board up your office and shut down for good?
I’m suddenly very tired.
Kiddies, I’m sorry. There’ll be no bronze medalist this time.

Hi EGF!
I just googled ‘guys4men’ (the one Remus has mentioned to you) and found out that it’s a myspace-like social network for gays… I guess guy4game employees are busy checking their accounts on that website, that’s why they forgot to deliver your order. :3
