I have had dealings on three occasions with MyGameSale. I have purchased Gold, and received my gold order with no problems. I then purchased an account from them which was a headache from hell. They would not give me the secret question and answer to said account, they said they would disclose this information to me in 1 months time & that it was necessary for my security (interesting indeed). I eventually got it out of them after 2 months of continually harassing them everyday, sometimes more than once a day, ( Yep, I am a determined, persistent and stubborn SoB ). Many times their live support would simply give the silent treatment, yeah they would just ignore me, especially when i asked if i was talking a human or a machine… ( no, really, the English, grammar and responses to my queries were like they were Chinese - or one of those automated programs). The said account was later hacked.- Here`s the kicker: None of my other accounts have been touched (I have two original accounts of my own which i play on the same computer) Do Not Buy From Them! There are far better companies around.

i just got hacked by them… their gold is good but their power leveling is BS!
i got 1/2 my order and they took the gold on that toon
they said it was not safe to finish so i said ok i tried to get my gold back the other day and i couldent.. but then today i log on but i cant because my password is changed… and i change back my pw and gold on every character was gone and a lot of my gear was deleted and my items were all gone…
i do not recommend them
