You are in Canada? Not China and you just happen to be using a proxifier? Hang on, I just remembered something: Wowmine.com, one of my former victims, has an office in Canada. You work for Wowmine? Ah well, doesn’t matter. Let’s proceed with the virtual male bitch slap fest.

I say: Look, buddy, I am by nature a very patient person. Patient enough to have worked well as a customer support agent in the past (until I lost my job to some Indian dude). During my stint, I can honestly say I was hardly ever yelled at BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE MY CUSTOMERS THE RUNAROUND, unlike the other sites I’ve reviewed here — save for IGE and MySuperSales — whose idea of customer service is either giving canned responses or just simply evading you AFTER YOU’VE SURRENDERED YOUR MONEY TO THEM. "Trying to support you", my ass! They’re not even trying!
As a customer, I am also a very patient person…until I realize that I paid for something that I haven’t received and no one is even bothering to contact me or help me! Don’t tell me you won’t blow a gasket if you just lost money to a company that promised you they’ll deliver and then didn’t keep their end of the bargain! Unless you’re the modern-day Job who’s resigned to his fate of being dealt a bad hand, I’m sure you yourself won’t tolerate this shit from anyone. Wake up to the 21st century, amigo, and ride the waves of Consumer Advocacy! Go check out Complaints Board, RipOffReport, and the other sites where the Duped and the Dismayed air their grievances. Those people wouldn’t be posting scathing stuff there if they had gotten what they had paid for in the first place!
Now, again, as a customer, I certainly know how to extend my patience. I will not blow the proverbial gasket if I am given a proper explanation and even prior notice of any delay. THAT ALONE IS ENOUGH TO PACIFY ME. Unfortunately, Dumbass, none of the sites who failed to deliver even took that one little step. NOT ONE OF THEM! So yeah, I have every right to flip and lose it, because that to me spells ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE and stinks of FRAUD. In Gamingexe.com’s case, I pickled waiting for someone to pick up, only for that someone to tell me they’ll just email me back! Evasive? Shady? You bet your remaining IQ points it is!

You must be joking me, let’s just supposed that these ppl are using some sort of DB to track this stuff up, yes you are right they could have the “player name” as a search field but RARELY do developper and end user of those tracking software speak the same language and therefore let’s assume he can’t search by “player name” so what next ? I say:How the heck would you know about their software? In my experience and my buddies’ experience, giving a character name would suffice for a rep to locate the order records. Now if Gamingexe’s system is so Third World that a character name alone would not cut it, then tough darts on them! They shouldn’t be in this business! And oh, the rep could always ask for my complete name OR email address to hunt down my order! There are always alternatives, buddy boy! Have you ever thought of that? Most likely not.

You know how many gold-selling sites there are in this planet? Plenty, my friend. Frankly, I don’t think Blizzard cares. Neither should you. If you’re against gold-buying, go picket outside the gold-selling sites’ offices. Don’t bring your drama to my blog site.

Proxifier or no proxifier, Canada or China, doesn’t really matter what the ethnicity or location of this guy is. He’s still a dumbass. He’s obviously rooting for the other gold sellers…other meaning those that did so poorly in your reviews. Rooting and probably working for them!

I can tell you one thing, I would have hung up on you, period.” Number one rule, NEVER NEVER NEVER hung up on a client, wait for the client to end the conversation… You must be really bad at your job and you don’t have any idea what good customer service is about. Second, customer support representatives are taught that customer is ALWAYS right even when at times they could be wrong. Lastly, the writer of this site could rant and rave all he wants, it’s his site. Sue him!!!

I have been following this site for a while now, and had a good giggle at the stuff you write .. I mean you have to be of your rocker- LOL
But actually in most cases you put what I would be thinking into words. Over the years I have tested out probably all of these sites to buy gold. When they deliver they deliver and that is great, but when it comes to speaking to a customer service agent - that is when it gets so frustrating!
Have you been aggressive to the support staff? Yes, but lets face it, it is not as though you have been ‘talking’ to them, which is when I might defend their evasive and silly answers. These guys(girls) are at their desks drinking coffee, (probably laughing at the irate customer), with plenty of time to think about what they have read and what they will write back and come back with a “Straight - Honest - No BS Answer” , which they fail to do time and time again.

To Right a.k.a. Good Joke (or whatever your pseudonym is),
Dude (or Dudette), if you are going to use “alternicks”, make sure to: First, check and edit your messages before you click on the “Post Message” or “Submit” button (whichever you are using, i don’t really care) so that other readers will think that there are individuals (with the same intellectual wavelength as yours) who support your rather analytical justification of the case. Second, I wouldn’t be surprised if you are sitting in front of your computer heating up your chair until you can cook an egg because you were kicked out of your company due to your Über Poor Customer Service. Adding insult to injury, you haven’t thought of the company you worked for. Imagine offering your so-called “Customer Service” to your company’s clients. Now they have to buy a lot of Mr. Muscle for all the dirt and mildew you left on them. Shame on the word Service if you use it. Third, who cares about the “ELUA?” (Rotflmao. Nice job on this, dude!) Who bothers to read them anyways? Do you even read all the EULAs of every software you install on your computer? As long as you know that you’ll enjoy playing the game, who cares about the EULA? Another point is, why blame these sites who sell gold? Obviously, you are just one jealous individual who’s angry with the world because you were not the one who started this business. Kiss your sorry ass.
