well gold fan after reading your site (and loving it) and getting shafted by oofay. i got spammed by wowsogo.com and although they were ridiculously expensive they came up with the goods. so i thought i would try your “gold” star performer IGE….welll what a mistake, i get my email 16 hrs later..uor gold has been delivered, hoorah , i log in to get it???????????? nothing, so i try the live chat????? well they only deal with how much stock is on the servers, send an email they say??? 20 emails later they respond saying , gold must have been taken out of mailbox we will reshedule delivery..please wait another 24 hrs. now 48 hrs later……….no gold.. yep gold star performer indeed. perhaps either you got lucky or i got unlucky , but i shal see if i get gold before a week passes

Paul, sorry to hear you’re having issues with IGE’s delivery. Yes, maybe I got lucky. As for your experience with their customer support, well, that bites. I wish you got the same level of accommodation I received when I chatted with that IGE agent Cary P. I appreciate your feedback. Let me know when you get your gold. I’ll be waiting.

lmao…well i got my gold!!!!!! and yes i got extra too!!!! yep bless their hearts they gave me an extra……..1 silver lol. but at the end of the day i got my gold and at a price that is reasonable so although it took way too long and lots of back and forward with them , i would try them again
