GOGOER.COM, YOU’RE GOING TO BURN IN HELL Plus Contemplating On Filing a Chargeback (4/6)

I’m ready to sing a new song called CHARGEBACK, if only to teach GoGoer.com a lesson.
I hope GoGoer.com gets shut down soon.
GoGoer.com is one big fat scam.
GoGoer.com won’t give me my money back.
I visited their Live Help, only to wait for what seemed like three Olympic cycles for someone to pick up.

"WAIT TIME IS CURRENTLY UP TO 10 MINS." Yeah right.
While waiting for someone to pick up, this page pops up on my screen:

I fail to see what purpose this serves, since every bit of copy in GoGoer’s website is incomprehensible.
Finally Jenna (!!!) picks up, but she says her name is Shirly. So I guess after Bert , it’s Shirly’s turn to use their colleague Jenna’ log-in.
Get this: in her opening spiel she welcomes me to the "Customer Support Live Chat of Gogoer.com" but asks me for "the website I ordered". How retarded is that?

That sure is a nasty depiction of customer service in hell. Hope someone from Gogoer.com reads this post. I’m sorry you had such rotten luck with this review.

Got ripped off for a large gold purchase (tbcgold.com) which appears to be through “GOGOER” since that’s what’s on their PayPal account. Given the run-around, and you’re right they don’t appear to understand the word REFUND when NO SERVICE has been delivered. I’m disputing the charge now after initializing Live Chat at least two dozen times and waiting “on hold” with live chat for hours and hours.

How did you get your refund? I’m still in dialogue with Paypal.

lol i know ur feeling waiting for my order wish i read this bout 2 hours ago lol, have had the same issues with a few dif company’s bring back the days when they had the gold in stock 24/7 now they say yea u can get it 10 mins after the order is paid yet u wait days if not weeks

Well i just ordered from one of there websites and they were on world of warcraft riight away and i got the gold that i ordered i did not have any problems with them.
