GOGOER.COM: GOING DOWNHILL FROM HERE Plus A Refund Looms In the Horizon (3/6)

Here’s what’s happened since my last post , kiddies:
After making a purchase at GoGoer.com, I logged into the game. After like fifteen minutes, they messaged me in game and asked me if I needed X amount of gold (same purchase amount as my order, actually), so I said yes.
With bated breath, I was so ready to receive my gold when all of a sudden….
I was instructed to put something in the Auction House.
Oh-kaaaaay.
So I put up some trash for the X amount of gold I ordered.
And I was told that GoGoer.com will buy it within 24 hours.
Uh huh.
Well, it’s been 24 hours, kiddies. My auction has expired. They never bought my stuff.
Let’s see if they notice their own slip and apologize for it.
Highly unlikely, said Remus, who added, "Their ‘customer service ‘ couldn’t even help with you something so basic as telling you the price of their gold. What makes you think they’ll go the extra mile of reminding you they forgot about your auction? Dream on, hombre!"
Do I smell a refund in the works?
Eh, what else is new?
I’ll ask for a refund shortly. Right now, I just wanna crawl back into my bed.
It’s too early in the day to throw a hissy-fit, anyway.
GoGoer.com, you suck so badly, I swear.

Go ahead ask for refund!!
I ordered some Vis for my Granado Esp game on Gogoer coz they said they have stock. From the time I paid the order, they emailed me saying they don’t have stock anymore.
Then I asked for refund thru e-mail, and it took 25 years of waiting before they answered it.
And when I got a reply, they said, “Wait! okay?” (hmmm…rude!)
And that’s from their “Supervisor” named Angela.
That’s the reason why I contacted PayPal to get me money back :3

Yeah I got my money after a lot of kicking and screaming. What is with these gold sellers not honoring a refund request even after they’ve messed up so badly?

How did you get your money back?
I have the same problem, but mine is WOW gold.
I did not receive the amount that I ordered.
I filed a dispute but lost it.
Apparently, paypal does is not care of the quality of the product etc etc..
I want my money back.

same thing with me i bought gold from them and its been like 2 months …… and stilll no gold or refund
