GOGOER.COM: GO BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 Plus Go Fire Your ESL Teacher (1/6)
OMG, the things I do just to come up with a gold-selling site review!
I have the mother of all migraines and I have only GoGoer.com to blame!
I know what you’re thinking, kiddies. What sane, half-sentient being would name his company GoGoer? But we’re not here to split hairs over a site name, right? I mean, we’re here to find out how good a WoW gold-selling site is — if it can deliver as promised as well as provide customers with a nifty, user-friendly site with minimal BS and helpful customer support.
Unfortunately, I had a hard time keeping that in perspective as I navigated my way through what could possibly be the most ridiculous website I have ever seen and the most ridiculous copy I have ever read AND the most useless customer support I have ever encountered!
I HONESTLY want to end this review now by giving GoGoer.com a failing mark and move on to the next site but in the spirit of fairness, I just can’t (even if they sure as hell don’t deserve any consideration CONSIDERING how rudely I was treated by their bi-polar agent who possessed both a male and female name and couldn’t understand a word I was saying and barely acknowledged my existence, for crying out loud!).

Okay, so here are screen shots I took of the abomination, er, gold-selling site that is GoGoer.com. Click for a larger image (as usual) and read the copy (and weep or laugh, take your pick).
Let’s start with the home page. Please note the areas I boxed — they were the first ones that knocked me sideways.

The next few images are just begging to be criticized or laughed at, depending on your mood today. If you ask me, I just want to set fire to the delusional copywriter who probably had set fire to his own Chinese-English dictionary, confident that he can write material without any assistance or reference.
That’s their basic tenet? Such a tearjerker. NOT! "Love is all around" is probably the biggest BS there is ’cause I certainly didn’t "feel the love" from your customer support! Damning evidence to follow as you scroll down, ladies and gentlemen!
"Our outstanding service to help give you a full refund of the purchase price promptly without sending any question." You means that’s the best you can do? Give your customers a refund? You mean delivering gold is not one of your outstanding services? Ha!
Just look at the copy I boxed. Could someone explain to me what in the name of everything that is good and holy do they mean by:
1. None stocks? No joke here! Just do it, it has never been happened on Gogoer . — It sounds like a really bad rip-off of a Nike commercial..and badly translated, if I may add.
2. Simultaneously, even only 1 gold order on Gogoer! Surprise? — No, I’m not surprised that I do not understand a f***ing word you’re saying.
3. You are angry as you should fill blanks too much in purchasing….Pay with a engine, now let your cart disappear! — I F***ING GIVE UP!!!
May I have Eilian Neil’s email address? I’d like to ask him what he was on when he "wrote" this touching testimonial. Whatever he took might help me come up with a script that will earn me my first big break in Hollywood.

No offense to those who grew up watching and loving the show, but Jenna/Bert just pushed me to the edge and she/he was really asking for it!
Exasperating is too mild a word to describe the experience.

THAT, KIDDIES, IS PROOF THAT GOGOER.COM DOES NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT ESTABLISHING A GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH ITS CUSTOMERS. PROOF THAT IT DOES NOT DO BUSINESS "ON THE BASIS OF EQUALITY AND MUTUAL BENEFIT", WHATEVER THE FRUCK THAT MEANS!!!
NOT ONLY ARE THEIR SUPPORT STAFF POORLY TRAINED IN ENGLISH, THEY ARE ALSO POORLY TRAINED IN ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH EVEN THE MOST BASIC INQUIRIES!!!

Now if I were just some regular Joe and I got served in this manner, I would forget about buying from this site and look elsewhere. Why would anyone want to give his money to a WoW gold seller that treats even potential customers this way?
The thing is, yours truly is not some regular Joe surfing the World Wide Web for random chicks to hit on.

hahaha i went to the site and luked around, i lvoe how they say they delivered 2317893 gold on tht server yesterday.. fuckign stupid no a no busniss company how they just make up numbers to show they are popular.. bunch of bullshit, and they said it takes 10 minutes to talk to a lvie representative… its been 20..

I purchased 5,000 gold from gogoer.com. They delivered 2,000 of it within 24 hours. I never received the rest of the order. They continually asked me for more time to fullfill the order. after 14 days I told them I wanted a refund. They responded by asking for more time to complete the order. I continued to tell them no that I wanted a refund and they continued to ignore me and tell me to give them more time. I opened a claim with paypal and upgraded it to a dispute. I just checked my paypal dispute status and apperently paypal doesn’t mind if people rip you off because they closed the dispute with no action.
DON”T BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

i brought 1k raw lobs on there and it took them like 4 days to get my recent buy form gogoer was on my rs acc called r4ng3 ur nan i did not change my pass arfter they did it then they went and hacked me and droped my 3.6m that i orderd off them and worst of all they droped my full void knight that took me like 1 day to get non stop i was lucky if i could go to thwe toilet DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GOGOER THEY WILL HACK YOU AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CANT DO ABOUT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha!!! I love this! xD I had the same problem with them, and after opening a dispute, (using some of the stuff I saw on here) and threatening them, I finally got my refund. Dumbass people. Hahahahahahahaha. I love this though. XDDD

freaken same thing here! ordered 4000g, got nothing for a month (cause of chinese new years) finally got it, 1 week after the delivery I got hacked, battle.net’s language turned to korean, pw changed. So I got pissed on goger and told em I demanded a refund. All they replied was: We are terribly sorry, we owe you an appoligy. But I didnt get anything back or anything…..(from them, the GM team got most my money back but all equips were gone!)
My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS, If you ever meet someone who works for goger.comin real life. Please make use of the oppertunity to take a hard crap in his mount and adterwards crush his/her head on the carve!!! They fucking annoy the hell out of me!
