Yea, seems highly recommended but you might want to re-try the whole chat thing EGF. They’ve definitely got computers manning the bases now. The annoying thing is there is obviously a command to respond to the question of are you a real person, and weirdly it took a long time for the ‘agent’ to be with me - thought that was kinda stupid… Haha, and it argued with me when I asked it a simple question for verification of the ‘real person’ thing. I will check out their delivery times and what-have-you but unimpressed with the no person behind the live chat thing… Makes me wonder if they’re still all that good… Then again, I haven’t been too impressed with any of the top three, although Epictoon got back to me fairly quickly with all my questions… Could be my server but buying a small amount of gold seems to be too much. On the other hand, could be worse, could be ordering from scammers and/or spammers, so at least there’s that!

I always use IGE, generally deliver in game with a few mins, longest ever wait for me was about 60 mins

Just a note about IGE. I recently sent them an email asking a bunch of questions, and they responded in depth to each question I asked. That’s unheard of for like 99% of the CSRs out there in any business! Usually when you ask multiple questions you only get an answer to one.

But more importantly - The CSR I was chatting with when I placed my order told me outright that they were currently out of stock on my server. (This is not in WoW btw) RMT sites are notorious for lying about their stock and selling gold they don’t have. The fact that he told me they had zero atm was a big deal to me! Honesty! What a freaking concept! He told me the truth about their stock, and I ordered anyway knowing it would take a little longer because (and this is what so many of these so-called businesses can’t seem to figure out) honest business practices lead to repeat business. I’m so glad IGE is raising the bar for the gold trade! It needs it!

I have had mixed experiences with IGE. Two orders were within 3 hours, just ordered 2k for Alter of Storms - Horde, and I have been waiting over 14 hours at this point, I am a little disappointed.

This customer service exchange is priceless! Cary is amazingly patient. Must be a woman for sure.
Anyway, I’ve already purchased twice from IGE in the past 18 months or so, and both transactions were seamless. One time I was not online for delivery and the gold (10k in total) arrived in my mailbox with a few items and a clever ruse that made it look like a friend sent me some stuff. Delivery was under 6 hours, but it could have been as little as 2 hours as I was offline and can’t know for sure. This transaction did require a phone verification first which was a bit annoying, but it wasn’t too bad. The operator spoke passable English, but it was definitely a script. The second transaction was very fast, about two hours from start to finish, and required no phone verification. It was also a face-to-face transaction. Got a whisper to “Meet me in front of the mailbox in [small town one flightpath from a major city] please.” I flew to the specified town, danced with random newbies for a few minutes while waiting for my delivery gnome to show up, got my gold as well as a thank-you /bow from the deliverererer and then I flew back to the AH to spend it all in one place just like mama told me not to!

Barring some major company changes, I plan to use IGE should I require purchased gold in the future. I trust them. Also, they don’t spam my email. =)

Hmm okey well that’s funny, because when I used IGE’s services, I got hacked a month later?.. I mean.. Yeah.. I’ve been playing since open beta and this was the first time I used a gold/power-leveling site, and I’ve never been hacked before (DO YOU SEE?)

I just had a great experience with them, bought 8k gold on executus horde, got it within 6hours. One downside is that i didnt see an option for face to face trade and so they mailed it, even after i told the Live support person that i wanted it face to face and not in the mail. But besides that amazing job.
