IGXE: NO GOLD AND CRAPPY SERVICE Plus IGXE Thinks Remus Is A Scammer (3/3)

From: IGXE
To: Remus
Subject: Confirm Your Order

Dear Remus,

Thank you for shopping at IGXE for all your gaming needs.

In order to better serve the Internet community and reduce the harm associated with online fraud and identity theft, IGXE has developed a comprehensive fraud prevention policy. We apologize for any delay, while your order was checked by our automated fraud prevention system. Unfortunately something about your order had been flagged by that automated fraud prevention system. This is most commonly caused by some sort of mismatch between the address provided with your order, and what the credit card has reported back.

In order to authenticate, we will ask that you provide us with a copy of your government issued photo ID or passport.

Thank you for your cooperation and your business.

For any enquiries or assistance, you may use our Online Live Support service or e-mail your enquiries to fastsupport@igxe.com.

Please remember to include your Order ID when contacting us to expedite the process.

Thanks again for shopping at IGXE.

Regards,
IGXE Team

Ok, you people have a lot of gall. How dare you call me a scammer and THEN request for my ID. You’re not an American company so your asking for my ID makes me VERY uncomfortable and VERY worried. What’s the guarantee that you won’t use it to smuggle opium to MY country?

BUT I’m still gonna send you the image and if I still don’t get my gold I will make it my personal mission to shut your company down.

"You can just take your time with your business now?" –> what the f*** does this mean? And what if some Asian gang gets a hold of my ID?

Dear Remus,

It won’t surprise me if your ID is now being used by some Asian gang to gain entry to a US port. Anyway, "you can just take your time with your business now" means you can start waiting INDEFINITELY for your gold. As of this writing, it’s been more than 12 hours since we placed an order. Heck, I think it’s closer to 20. I don’t know why IGXE can’t deliver your gold when they supposedly have 10,000 gold in their inventory.

I also think that IGXE needs a lesson in tact, stealth and diplomacy. Think of it this way: if you were a real scammer and you got that email saying "our fraud protection this" and "fraud protection that", wouldn’t that alert you of their fraud detection tactics and help you plan your next move? Another fine analogy would be if I were a drug mule carrying drug-filled pellets in my stomach, like that hot chick in the movie ‘Maria Full of Grace’ . If I get stopped at the airport by some uniformed dude who tells me, "Hi, can you please go inside that room? The Narcs would like to ask a few questions ’cause their drug-sniffing dog keeps following you around", that would be my cue to excuse myself to go to the bathroom first to cut open my own stomach to get rid of the evidence. Or something like that. Whatever. What’s cutting up your own stomach got to do with buying WoW gold? I don’t know, I just confused myself.

Anyway, that email is proof that whoever is in charge of IGXE’s Fraud Department is two beer cans short of a six-pack and about as subtle as a train wreck. You don’t spill the beans on what triggers a fraud alert! That’s like giving away trade secrets! "This is most commonly caused by some sort of mismatch between the address provided with your order, and what the credit card has reported back." Hello! Talk about blowing your own operation out of the water!

I understand how scared you must be. Imagine scanning your ID and sending it on a one-way ticket to Identity Theft Land. How can IGXE do this to valued customers like you? You’re supposed to feel safe and secure when doing business with them.

I’m sorry you have to go through this. Why don’t you ask IGXE to refund you ASAP?

Your best friend,
Extreme Gold Fan

I asked for a refund. Jacqueline the IGXE rep was rude. No apologies not even for the 40-minute wait I suffered waiting for someone to answer the chat. Told me to wait then she disconnected. I am still waiting for someone to answer so I can get my refund. You can add IGXE to your blacklist.

Remus, IGXE is now in my personal sh*t list. They’ll be sorry for putting you through so much agony. I will tell the whole world the following:

1. IGXE has the rudest chat agents who intentionally release the chat in order to delay the refund.
2. IGXE had the dumbest Fraud Protection unit
3. IGXE doesn’t care to keep you as a customer. They don’t know the meaning of the words "goodwill" and "customer relations".
4. IGXE agents can’t speak or write decent English. Their grasp of the language is about as firm as a two year old’s handshake.
5. IGXE’s website is a hive of lies.
6. IGXE’s testimonials seem like good old bullcrap to me
7. IGXE should be sued for claiming that Blizzard sells gold directly to customers. This is the lie to end all lies. Not even Satan can top that one.

To make up for the hell you went through, allow me to treat you to a fabulous dinner. I have coupons to Chuck E. Cheese that expire in 2 days. Tonight’s a good time to use them.

Your best friend,
Extreme Gold Fan

P.S. Go tell those lying, scamming SOBS at IGXE.com to suck on an exhaust pipe.

Uhhh… pretty obvious that their “fraud prevention” just successfully scored all of your personal info by claiming to be protecting you. Have you also fallen for the in-game, “Hi this is a Blizzard GM we are having trouble with our servers erasing characters, please reply with your username and password, or else all of your character info ,may be lost!”? IGXE could give two rats aces if your order was fraudulent or not.
Be more careful in the future: Only pay through paypal and never give them anything more than a phone number… no need to even use your real name.

IGXE are crooked. They delayed my gold purchase for a month despite numerous contact to the Live Chat and then they suddenly the order showed delivered. Nothing had arrived. I contacted their Live Chat again and the mood had changed to why hadn’t I contact them. They said the gold has been delivered and it wasnt there problem. I mean how could be trusted as it had taken me a month to check why it hadnt been sent! I mean excuse me! They were the ones who delayed it for a month. I have received no gold at all. They sent me screenshot which supposedly showed their character sending me mail in the game with the gold in the slot but that doesnt prove anything as the mail didn’t say “Sent”. Don’t use IGXE.
