SWAGVAULT: WHERE THE HECK IS MY GOLD Plus My Chakra Is At War (3/4)
No amount of deep-breathing-Ashtanga-yoga-girlie-crap my sister insists I practice nor the gross-looking spinach-and-psyllium husk shake she downs every morning to cleanse her colon of impurities will ever cure me of the SwagVault cancer that is eating away at my inner chakra . At the rate things are going with my SwagVault order, I bet my colon now resembles a generous helping of cottage cheese mixed with cigar ash.
The evening started on a colon-withering note when I logged into my SwagVault account to track my order and saw this (click on the image below to see the horror in screen capture, and imagine that shower music from "Psycho" playing in the background):
My order is NOT in the system. Mother of God. So what was that phone verificaton for in the first place? The fact that SwagVault called me past 2:00 AM must mean that they’d started processing my order. What gives?
Then I checked the delivery tally on my server and saw this:

"23,542 gold has been delivered on this server on the previous day!" The previous day meaning the day they called me and instructed me to go online to receive my gold. 23,542 gold is a lot of gold as far as I’m concerned. My order of 500 WoW gold is so small I can’t believe they weren’t able to fill it. The figures could be BS but heck, 500 is not such a tall order! Those geniuses could easily complete my order and I wouldn’t be having a cow like this! Why hasn’t anyone from their end contacted me to follow-up on the trade? Must the customer always be the one to remind those eunuchs that they are so pathetically behind?! What is wrong with those people???
I visited Live Support and got Ecstasy Eileen, who was so positive and all smiles and at peace, only MDMA is capable of doing such wonders to her own inner chakra. Not all my ranting could knock down this SwagVault Sweetheart. Heck, nothing at all! She just kept the emotes coming as I drama-queened my way throughout the conversation. Then in the most casual, nonchalant and unflappable way, she told me that they are out of stock "atm" and that I should "check it some time later".
OMG.
Oh heck no.
No, no, no, I am not waiting one more day for my order! If 500 gold can’t even be delivered, I can just imagine the other poor SwagVault customers who plunked down over a hundred dollars for larger orders. How are THEY faring, I wonder.
Eileen could only say sorry and add, "We will hurry for you and you can check here tomorrow or any other time:> ok?"
No, not okay, sweetheart. Your company messed up BIG TIME and is now in my personal sh*t list. And I’m going to tell everyone who reads this blog to NEVER EVER BUY FROM SWAGVAULT . I DID NOT ENJOY BEING AWAKENED AT 2 IN THE MORNING JUST TO PLAY YOUR STUPID VERIFICATION GAME. I DID NOT ENJOY SEEING A BLANK ACCOUNT PAGE. AND I CERTAINLY DID NOT ENJOY CHATTING WITH A REP WHO OBVIOUSLY HAS BEEN POPPING ONE TOO MANY TABLETS. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? I AM SOOOOOO NOT VERY HAPPY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK! GIMME MY MONEY BACK!!!
23,5542 gold has been delivered = BS!
"Crush your enemies, impress your friends, become the big cheese of your clan!" = Yeah right. You should change that to: "FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS, TAKE THEIR MONEY, MAKE THEM WAIT BIG-TIME IN AGONY!"
Hyperventilate, hyperventilate, hyperventilate.
Excuse me, kiddies, while I request for a refund. It’s the only way I can settle my inner chakra .

Yeah. I dumped 6500 gold on these guys and only received 900. I also had to deal with Eileen and was very firm that “mistakes like these shouldn’t happen if people are dumping $150 for your gold”. They’ve delivered quickly in the past, I dunno what’s going on.

have purchased from them about 7 times now, have had no problems, normally have it delivered within 30 mins of order being made. sometimes within 15.

I have been a customer with Thsale, because they have delivered consistently for two years now I dont trust anyone else. There was one time where I had to wait a day, and if you tell them to call you after the order for verification(as stupid as it is) that saves the phone call in the middle of the night.

You should try ItemGarden.com I never have any problem and gold was delivered fast.
Tips! Go to live chat and ask them if they have stock on your server before you make any further order.
