THSALE: TH IS FOR TOTAL HOAX? - Part Two Plus I Am Royally Ticked Off
4:00 AM. Ring, ring, ring. THSale calls to authenticate my order.
4:01 AM. My fogged-out brain manages to recall that THSale’s website says: "The payments in exceed of $50 made via Paypal must be verified via telephone, due to the recent increase in onlinepayment fraud."
4:02 AM. It registers into my not-so-fogged-out brain that my order was a mere $29.99; hence, should not even require verification in the first place!
4:03 AM. I yell at the THSale guy that in my part of the world, it’s not even dawn yet.
4:04 AM. I slam down the phone after answering a few retarded questions and log into my character to accept the gold trade as instructed.
Prior to my precious slumber, I had placed an order and waited for the requisite 30 minutes to 5 hours as advised by THSale’s Supah Agent Amy. Unfortunately, I fell asleep on the 04:03:22 count. I can’t believe I waited in game for nothing, and a few hours later I get woken by a call from someone who can’t speak good English ’cause they "need to verify my order."
And again, nothing. No trade takes place. I wait and wait. I doze off. Again.
Is this some sort of patented THSale stunt?

But I’m still seething. No one - not even my parents, my ex-girlfriend who is pathologically obsessed with killing me, or the collections agency - ever calls me at four in the morning!

And I’m still seething this evening as I still have no 1000 gold to boast of. THSale, you are soooo in my bad books!
I visit their Live Chat to follow up on my order. Amy sweetheart, you better be there.
Instead I get Kevin and Shelly and proceed to engage in what must be the mother of all retarded chats.
My chat with Kevin starts out on shaky ground. He tells me they’re out of stock ! And I quote him: "Unfortunately , we are out of stock at the moment. We will contact our workrooms which farm gold for us, and hurry them with it. we will contact you in the game once we have it all together, if you offline, we will arrange the delivery by phone or email. you can expect the delivery tomorrow."
I almost have a stroke. Before I can even take screen captures, the chat is cut off. Good thing on the next attempt I get transferred to him. I throw a hissy-fit about THSale’s false advertisement:
Looking at the next image below, you can see Kevin’s response about how Blizzard doesn’t allow gold to get "dropped off" in the mail:
That’s really odd. How come some companies like IGE are able to carry out mailbox trades for World of WarCraft orders?
What’s even odder is how Kevin, instead of doing his best to keep my business, easily and nonchalantly segues into "if you can’t wait any longer, I will refund you." Gak, what a wimp!
After my sarcastic LOL, the chat gets cut off (again) and when I return, I get Shelly. Only God (and her drug dealer) knows what she’s on but this is one incredibly happy customer support rep who soared higher than a kite with emote overkill.
The problem is, like Kevin (and probably like every other THSale rep), Shelly is quick to offer me a refund:
I’m not satisfied with her reply to my question: Why aren’t you (THSale) offering mailbox delivery." She says, "because its delivery department’s decision" and that "face to face is more safer". Tell me something I don’t know, Shelly babe.
And oh, just to reiterate: I. DON’T. WANT. A. REFUND! Kiddies, I am not letting THSale off the hook so easily. I. WANT. MY. GOLD . Allow 6-7 hours they say? FINE! I’LL GIVE THEM ANOTHER 6-7 HOURS. 4 AM wakeup call? BRING IT ON, BABY! Oh, and didn’t Shelly say "..because customer is god"? That’s right! I’m your god. Worship and serve me because I gave you my $29.99! So go do your best to help me and make me happy, as Shelly so charmingly put it, because I deserve it!!!
This is your last chance to redeem yourself, THSale. After 7 hours, if I still don’t have my gold, there will be more than hell to pay!

yo yo yo i totaly hear you out on all this i read ur post on wow mine also. I bought a power lvlin off of them on january 1st due to be done january 21. they get to lvl 64 on the 27th of FEB over a whole month past the due date lawl. then the account got ban hammered, they actualy gave me a new CDkay ya i know they actualy gave me somethign within 20 min of sayign they would holy shit ya know?.. well i make the new account pay 30$ for a game card give it Burning crusade and all of that mumbo jumbo. they start power lvling that toon and it gets to lvl 69 ya 69 and gets bann hammered. DING new CDkey and game card gone. gets to 48 and gets a 3 day ban. BTW that was on April 1st, they tell me no we will not refund your order but we will give u back your account with the lvl 48 and 2500g. I FREAKED SHIT ON THEM. if you look at wow mines charts 2500 g is like eh cash wise and a lvl 48 who cares i can do that in 5 days mon-fri not in played time. but after all this hard shipp i get this awsome little notice Via mail my IP has been blocked on all of their websites. That they wish to refrain from having such a bad customer. FUCK i payed for a 21 day service Jan 1 - Jan 21 and they finnaly give up on April 1st i could have sued their asses. i reported those fuckers for the shitty ass job they did i hope they get their asses sued off like that Peons4Hire company did look them up blizzard tore them a new asshole.

first time i used them had no problems. 2nd time i use them i get the were outta stock shit. after 24 hours of complianing i get 1000g thats it out of 2500 that i paid for. i bitched so long that i finaly got a refund… ill never use those fuckers agian.

Excuse me, Fairplayer, by any chance am I the Jerk you are referring to? And if yes, allow me to point out that I do not support sites who spam me in-game. If my site’s medalists (meaning IGE and MySuperSales) had spammed me in-game I would have ripped them apart. But so far they haven’t. So there!

Um fail. The reason companies use mail delivery is that it is no risk for them, the supplier takes all the risk. Most gold sellers never ship via mail…

They don’t actually have stock. They buy it from otehr companies and peopel then sell it. When teh price goes up they have to wait for it to lower. Say you spend 28$ for 1000gold or w/e and they can at that moment buy it but all of a suddon there seller is selling at 50$. They will wait until it goes down to make there profit.So yea, IGE is a huge company so they actually have accounts on every server and have it in stock. And they will also tell you if they have it in stock.Thsale wont. They will say place your order. It’s cause they need to the money to buy it first. It’s just a scam. Your paying a middleman lol.. All companies are wrong because its against every games tos, but yea this is how this company works. And don’t let them fool you yes they are an asian company and not in america.
